Columbia Sportswear Employee Store

The newest Columbia Sportswear Employee Store is a 50,000 square foot space housed in a former laser manufacturing facility. Designed and built in under six months, the project scope consisted of core and shell renovations – including 44 new skylights, new landscaping, and a broad building entry canopy with a massive timber column. At three times the size of its previous iteration, the Employee Store includes 32,000 square feet of sales floor and 18,000 square feet of back-of-house warehouse and office space. Its location, one block from Columbia’s World Headquarters, allows employees and guests ready access to Columbia’s latest products.
