Michelle Schulz

Michelle is often called the “quarterback” of her teams (although she’s actually the center back on her soccer team) due to her talent for coordinating, strategizing, and assisting her teams. She is an astute project leader/manager with a broad range of skills which she uses to work hand in hand with her project teams.  Michelle uses her highly collaborative leadership skills to ensure her team’s success.  Her work has spanned a variety of project types including office, education, institutional, athletic, medical/dental, multi-family residential, retail, and tenant improvement/space planning.  Michelle dedicates her time and energy to ensuring her team is focused on understanding and addressing clients’ needs, meeting delivery milestones and budgets, integrating innovative design excellence, achieving environmentally sustainable success, and having fun doing it!
