ZoomInfo, a technology company founded in Washington state, has expanded to an international, publicly traded company. With the growth of their business, they moved into a new, large office space along the Vancouver waterfront.

The design diverges from traditional tech design trends, featuring a sophisticated, warm aesthetic that incorporates pattern and texture, along with their logo, to create a cohesive energy throughout the space. A central walkway will run the length of the floor plates where meeting and gathering spaces are concentrated to create a community hub of activity. ZoomInfo HQ will align with the company’s sustainability goals by aiming to achieve USGBC LEED Gold.
