Helios

Located at the intersection of 2nd & Pine, this 300,000 square foot, 40-story high-rise celebrates its downtown location with a tall, slender and sculpted tower that allows for abundant light and openness to reach the street. With a Seattle sensibility, the luxury apartment building captures a sense of authenticity in its timeless, modern design. Helios' vast array of amenities brings people together, allowing them to create any urban lifestyle they desire.

Completed in 2017, the project thoughtfully responds to the existing urban context, acting as a good neighbor to the nearby Pike Place Market and Market District. The structure serves as an iconic wayfinder, enhancing Seattle's dramatic skyline. The base of the tower features retail space, an easily identifiable residential entry, and lush landscape—all adding to a rich pedestrian experience. The podium of the tower houses four floors of above-grade parking above the retail level. 2nd & Pine provides approximately 400 for rent housing units, approximately 350 parking stalls, and anticipates a LEED Gold rating from USGBC.
