Kyle Andersen

Kyle is an accomplished architect who has led the design of GBD’s most complex and environmentally conscious projects, including the highly acclaimed LEED Platinum Eco-District development at Hassalo on Eighth. His passion for design revolves around creating engaging spaces that are not only functional and sustainable but also economically viable. Noteworthy projects like OHSU CHH, PCC Willow Creek, Seattle Helios apartments, Bellevue Towers, and The Ritz-Carlton in Portland exemplify the scale and complexity of the endeavors he has overseen. Outside of work, Kyle finds joy in spending time with his family in the city or relaxing along the peaceful Oregon coast. Additionally, he indulges in tinkering with his 1967 Karmann Ghia.
