Craig L. Davis, aia, leed ap
Craig serves as principal-in-charge and project manager for many of GBD’s large corporate and office building projects, involving both new construction and renovation. He is active in programming, space planning, design development and construction phases, providing the link between the initial design ideas and their successful execution as completed structures. Matthew works closely with clients to find innovative and creative solutions, combining design principles with reasoning. Matthew is also an adjunct instructor at the University of Oregon and a member of the AIA/Portland Urban Design Panel, contributing to key projects and design issues impacting the City.
Gene W. Callan, aia, leed ap
As a Director at GBD, Gene works closely with clients and members of his design team, finding innovative and creative solutions to difficult project programs. Similar to GBD’s overall portfolio, Gene has designed a wide variety of project types during the last three and a half decades; from extensive greenfield master planning to commercial, mixed-use projects in the urban setting to unique civic, educational and institutional work. Richard initiated his architectural career when he joined GBD in 1990. His projects have earned several local and state design awards, covering a wide range from residential and mixed-use projects, commercial office buildings, corporate design and entertainment venues. Kyle W. Andersen, aia, leed ap
Kyle is one of GBD’s senior design leaders. He attended Oregon School of Design where he forged a deep sense of process. Later, he attended the University of Oregon and discovered a holistic design approach. Agustin is known for his ability to lead a design team and execute wonderful designs that exceed client’s expectations.
