AIA, LEED AP
Kevin graduated with his Architecture degree in hand in 1981 and with his many years of experience he brings a deep knowledge of the practice to his clients. This experience helps him visualize and implement a process that enables the client to convey and achieve their unique program, budget, schedule, and quality goals, from initial design meetings through construction phases, to achieve successful completion of projects. He emphasizes frequent and open communication with all team members and brings a high level of energy and excitement to each project. He has applied his architectural skills to a wide variety of clients and project types, from Mixed Use Urban projects to the highest level of athletic (and related retail) competition. In all types of live/work/play projects Kevin brings a sincere desire to create a positive experience for those who will occupy the completed project.
Although always ‘home based’ in Portland Kevin has worked on projects in a wide variety of locations from Honolulu to Miami. He enjoys and understands the special requirements necessary to make remote work successful, although he is always glad to be working locally too!
